A Reading Year in Review

Here we are at the end of one year and the beginning of the next. One thing I particularly enjoy about this time is looking back and seeing all the books I’ve read in the past year. Goodreads has an excellent pictorial list, which I have shared here so I can look back in future years and remember what I’ve read.

One hundred and one books! This is amazing. What a great year.

My top book of 2025 was The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J. Klune. I cannot recommend this one highly enough. It was a thoughtful, wholesome, adventurous fantasy story set in the modern world and an absolute five star read. I enjoyed it so much that when I finished it I reread it directly, cover to cover.
